Many issues arise because leadership roles are often dominated by self-interest and the pursuit of power. I am convinced that we can design institutions to prioritize content and solutions. To achieve this, we need more psychological knowledge among the public and an awareness that the majority thinks cooperatively. We should leverage this strength to respond more swiftly and effectively to current societal challenges.
