Cecilia Voßbeck

Cecilia is the Minister for Visions and Perspectives at futur eins. She is curious and open-minded, and wants to actively shape society rather than only observe it. She brings motivation, empathy, and a clear view of people and their life realities into the team.

In her studies of Visual Communication and Art, she developed a keen sense for expression, aesthetics, and the impact of images. Yet her interest was never only in form, but always also in content: the stories behind images and the social questions connected to them.

Her wish to work closer to real-life situations led her to a career change into education. As an educator in Berlin, she gained valuable experience working directly with people. Here, social challenges became real and visible. This work sharpened her awareness of social inequality, structural issues, and the importance of relationships, listening, and responsibility.

Through her social engagement, Cecilia eventually found her way to futur eins. Here, she can bring together her different perspectives: art and communication, empathy and action, analysis and realization. She is always looking to learn more and understand things in depth.

Her interests include both social topics and the arts. In her free time, she enjoys sports and often gets her best ideas while running or at the gym. With an open mind, genuine curiosity, and a desire for change, she looks forward to bringing her experience to futur eins and working towards a more connected society.
